MEDIUM-DARK ROAST PROFILE: Our medium to medium-dark roast by traditional standards is considered bold or dark within the spectrum of lighter Nordic-style profiles that we follow. The roast profile helps to bring out the unique flavour notes in the coffee.
TASTING NOTES OF FLORAL, CITRUS, CARAMEL SWEETNESS, AND DARK CHOCOLATE: GAMMA offers a tantalizing sensory experience with floral notes on the nose, followed by a slight citrus flavour, caramel sweetness, and a dark chocolate base. It’s a complex and delicious coffee that will delight your senses.
